Davie County Government Center

  • Former 66,000 sq. ft. furniture outlet custom renovated into County Government Offices

  • Saved taxpayers $14 million over a 20 year period

  • Significant negotiations with county and state officials to form a strong public/private partnership, culminating in a 40 year lease

  • Negotiated to allow 2 years of free rent for the newly constructed sheriff’s maintenance building.

  • Consolidated 11 Governmental departments and buildings into one building for drastically improved synergy

Triad Regional Healthcare Preparedness Center

  • The tenant provided a detailed list of requirements that were critical to get the facility ready for appropriate operation. Our team handled the relationships with all sub-contractors to ensure exact customization and specifications were met.

  • Facility square footage totals 112,530 square feet

  • The lease was written to activate when the last up-fit requirement had been completed. Completed all up fit requirements within 2 months.

  • Since the facility was originally designed to manufacture mobile homes, it was a significant challenge to repurpose a customized layout while providing a competitive lease-rate to our tenant. Ultimately, all objectives were completed.

Pro Refrigeration & NASCO

  • General renovation work on the initial structure was completed prior to tenant involvement. Once Skyline became interested, we worked to determine appropriate upfitting needs with their leadership team.

  • Joe Harris worked directly with Skyline Bank executives to ensure site needs were met, while introducing branch management to local business leaders prior to opening.

  • This location was an immediate hit in Mocksville, bringing in significant deposits within it’s first two weeks of opening.
